Our purpose is to examine every argument for and against the Sabbath doctrine in order to determine the truth.
After more than a decade of intense research, we are convinced the evidence against a moral, perpetual, universal and binding seventh-day Sabbath commandment is overwhelming.
It is our conviction that any pastor or church leader who has investigated the issue for themselves and still advocates Sabbath-keeping must be living and teaching a lie. That is what we call Lying for God.

The modern sabbath-keeper’s Sabbath in no way resembles the ancient biblical Sabbath. The modern sabbath-keeper’s Sabbath is a mishmash of arbitrary inclusion and exclusion of commandments from the Old Testament, arbitrary acceptance and rejection of rabbinic practices, spliced with some—but not all—understandings from second- and third-century Christian authors. All of this splicing and dicing was exacerbated by Reformation-era Calvinistic focus on law-keeping, which was raised to its zenith in the Puritan movement. This is the soil in which the franken-Sabbath gestates, arising to deceive subsequent generations.
